A MySalix online account lets you manage your rent account, report and track your repairs and complaints, and receive updates on the progress of all your cases with Salix Homes.
Its quick and easy to set up an account, and you should only need to do it once.
You will need your rent account number to hand to register for MySalix. This can be found on your green rent payment card - it’s the 19 digit number. We need this in order to match you on our system and complete a security check.
